Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the June 30 meeting were reviewed.  Bob Ross moved to approve.  Lance Wang
seconded. Without objection the minutes were approved.


ARs:
- Bob Ross to review the BIRD181.2 draft
  - Not done yet.
- Randy Wolff to ask webmaster to fix double iframe problem on Open Forum page.
  - Done.
- Mike LaBonte to draft new web pages for ibischk7 and tschk2
  - Done.

IBISCHK7 and TSCHK2 binary license:
Mike LaBonte showed the ibischk7_new draft web page.  Bob Ross noted the SHA1 sums should
not have changed, since the executable files had not changed.  Also there was no need
to have a SHA1 sum for the license file.  Mike showed the existing ibischk7 web page,
and we found that the new SHA1 sums did not match the previous sums.  Bob also noted
the source code license paragraph had been moved down.


TSCHK2
Mike LaBonte showed the tschk2_new draft web page.  Randy Wolff said the parser price
should be $1,000, not $1,500, to match the price stated in the license agreement.
Mike showed the "old" directory, suggesting it be kept but not exposed.  Bob Ross and
Randy agreed.

New parser bugs:
Bob Ross reported there were no new bug reports.


IBISCHK 7.0.2 development:
Bob Ross reported there had been no word yet from the developer.
The contract development deadline was July 17.
